PRESERVING YOUR HERITAGE

There are three parts to our system for protecting your valuables.

1. Safeguarding before theft:-

(Digital Inventory & Visual Archive)

With the use of close-up photographs and your background details, we can fully document each of your valuables using a museum-quality database. We produce a Logbook showing the photo and the articles' history, provenance, dimensions and identifying features. This is yours to keep, increasing the items' value as it is passed on to a new owner. Included is a portfolio of your valuables on paper or CD, for your own records, your insurance company, or the Police in the event of theft. This extends the minimum requirements for documenting artefacts laid out in the "Object ID" system established worldwide by the J Paul Getty Trust.

2. Immediate worldwide publicity after theft:-

You can do it all yourself by simply filling in an online form. Using this site will entitle you to a discount if you wish to have the theft permanently displayed on our archived site, IASA-Online ( see below ). Upload time - instant

3. Permanent website display:-

IASA-Online

(International Archive of Stolen Artefacts)

This heavyweight online visual museum of stolen artefacts allows worldwide access to your items' details on this permanent archive database. In time your stolen article will surface, somewhere, and given worldwide publicity with free searching for the trade, the authorities and the public, the chances of recovery will be much higher.
